Log in at https://xtrema.com/account, click on the red Rewards Program button on the bottom right corner (bottom on mobile). From the Reward Dashboard that pops up, click on the “Earn Points” tab. Select “Birthday Bonus” and enter your birthdate. Note that your birthdate can’t be entered within 7 days of that date.
Where do I enter my birthdate to receive my Birthday Points?
