We do not recommend metal kitchen utensils with our Xtrema cookware. Metal is softer than ceramic; it can leave metal marks on the cooking surface of Xtrema. The good news is that you cannot scratch Xtrema and that these metal marks can be removed by using dry baking soda and a scrub pad. Rinse with warm water when done.
