Yes, Xtrema works on all of these stove-tops. Xtrema does not work on induction because our cookware does not have a metal core.

Xtrema is not compatible with induction because there is no metal core. It would require an induction disk for Xtrema to be used on an induction stove.

Xtrema’s ceramic material creates additional moisture when heated and the loose-fitting covers allow excess moisture to escape.

No. The bottom of Xtrema is glazed and polished but we do not suggest sliding Xtrema on any surface.

Yes – we suggest using oil or fat when using Xtrema! Some examples would be olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, butter, ghee, or tallow.

Yes, but we recommend washing Xtrema by hand because other items in the dishwasher may bang into your Xtrema cookware and chip its surface.
